Return Policy of Threads In Tyme, LTD
You have 14 days from the day of purchase to return the product you are dissatisfied with. You must first contact Threads In Tyme, LTD. by calling 1-616-451-9904 to clarify your eligibility. Once you have been given clearance please fill out a return authorization form before a refund can be established. This form can be located by using the link at the bottom of this page or use the link located on the homepage. After the return authorization form has been mailed and you have received approval you will be issued a credit for the item on your charge card that is on file for the purchase. Refunds will not be given for shipping/handling charges.
The product must be in
re-saleable /original condition with all packaging in order to receive your refund. All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Your credit card will only be credited for the returned item only. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
